We endeavor to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving an online order request. We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Gift-a-Green Enterprises Inc. will not be responsible for a package once it is dropped at any Canada Post postal office and/or Canada Post mailboxes.
We are not responsible for any weather related damages or delays. Once your package is dropped at a Canada Post postal office and/or Canada Post mailbox it is completely out of our control.
If your package is lost or you or your recipient has not received delivery, please contact Canada Post and file a service ticket at Canada Post - How to resolve undelivered mail.

For International Shipping, there is a chance that customs will seize, hold or reject items that are being shipped internationally. We are not responsible for any delays as a result of customs and/or border delays. We are not responsible for any customs fees or shipper’s fees.
Please make sure your address and your recipient’s address (if you selected the option to allow us to ship on your behalf) is correct before placing an order, as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses and undelivered mail as a result. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.
